Have you ever seen the craziness that these men put themselves through to get the bodies that they needed for the movie 300?

Now I do not know the every detail of the workout routine, but I know it is insane. Here are the typical reps that are done...25 pull-ups, 50 dead-lifts with 135 pounds, 50 push-ups, 50 jumps on a 24-inch box, 50 floor wipers, 50 single-arm clean-and-presses using a 36-pound kettle-bell, and 25 more pull-ups.

Now I guess that he does not do it in order like this every time. In fact the workout being random is something that helps the muscles not plateau so you continue to build muscle.
This workout routine is not meant for people who are just starting to workout, so do be careful if you plan on trying it out. It is like the P90X workout, which is not recommended for beginners because it is so intense.
I have never tried this exercise and I do not suppose that I will but I thought I'd share with you a little about it. I thought it was awesome.

Mark Twight is the man behind the 300 workout. The actors trained as his gym called Gym Jones.
Mark Twight is an extreme mountain climber. He is well known in the climbing community, and has climbed some mountain peeks that very few or perhaps no one has ever climbed before or after him.
